Our products are typically shipped out within 1 business day of the order date. Sometimes bath fizz and bath bombs may require an additional day to ship
We are not able to accommodate international shipping at this time due to customs and the COVID-19 pandemic. We hope we can change that soon!
We do not accept returns; however, if any products arrive damaged, you're missing an item, or you have concerns about your order, please email us so we can resolve any issues.
We do not accept cancellations after the shipping label has been created. If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible so we can try to accommodate you. Once it is shipped, there is no way to cancel.
