Refunds, Shipping, & Cancellations
Our products are typically shipped out within 7 business days of the order date. Please note that we are a small business with very few employees- holidays, sales, and any issues that arise may delay your shipment. If it has been past 7 business days, please email us and we'll be happy to provide you with an update.
We are not able to accommodate international shipping at this time due to customs and the COVID-19 pandemic. We hope we can change that soon!
We do not accept returns; however, if any products arrive damaged, you're missing an item, or you have concerns about your order, please email us so we can resolve any issues.
We do not accept cancellations after the shipping label has been created. If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible so we can try to accommodate you. Once it is shipped, there is no way to cancel.
We are excited to introduce Route Package Protection to protect your orders! After many issues filing claims with USPS, we have decided this is the best option for both our customers and our business. We highly encourage you to purchase the protection for $0.98, ensuring you will be refunded if your package is lost or stolen. Once we drop your package off at the post office, we are not liable.
